Position Overview
With over 90 active middle and high school youth, our ministry prioritizes building a Beloved Community where young people feel safe, known, and empowered to explore their faith, ask big questions, and discover their unique gifts.
We are seeking a Youth Ministry Fellow—a part-time, paid fellowship. The Fellow will work closely with the Associate for Youth and Families during the early fall for orientation and coaching. From November through January while the Associate will be on sabbatical, the Fellow will have the unique opportunity to step more fully into leadership—with support the broader youth ministry team.
Desired Qualifications
We seek a candidate who:
- Has completed their Bachelor’s Degree
- Connects easily and empathetically with youth in grades 6–12
- Is inclusive of all gender identities, races, backgrounds, and abilities
- Brings creativity, flexibility, and energy to ministry work
- Demonstrates maturity, compassion, and groundedness in their spiritual life
- Has a heart for youth ministry and a desire to grow as a leader
