The Part-Time Youth Minister will provide leadership, discipleship, teaching, and administrative oversight for the middle & high school ministry of First Baptist Church. This individual will work closely with the Associate Pastor to cultivate a Christ-centered ministry that helps students grow in their relationship with Jesus, become active participants in the local church, and develop as future leaders in Christ’s kingdom.

The Youth Minister will oversee weekly student ministry gatherings, disciple students and student leaders, coordinate retreats and camps, recruit and lead volunteers, and assist in developing a clear discipleship pathway for students.
