We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Minister to lead and nurture the spiritual growth of our youth, both Junior High (JH) and High School (HS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging programs, fostering meaningful relationships, and providing spiritual and practical guidance and support to young individuals in their faith journey. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work with a team, effective communication, and a commitment to mentoring youth through various life challenges. You will be working with a paid youth staff (currently 3 paid part-time positions that help with leader-to-student connection/small groups, administration, and tech/atmosphere) as well as with volunteer youth leaders. A Youth Minister in this position will have strong support and resources from the staff and church community.
