Centerpoint Church (Colton, CA) – Worship Pastor

The Big Picture

Centerpoint Church (centerpointchurch.church) (1500) is seeking a full-time Worship & Production Pastor.

The Church

Centerpoint Church is an established church with a long history serving the community of Colton in California.  We exist for the purpose of helping people Believe in Jesus, Belong to the Family of God, and Become fully devoted to Him.  Our staff members are an important part of fulfilling that mission.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)

1. Worship & Production Pastor

• Invest in the spiritual lives of all band members on staff.
• Supervise all worship leaders and band members on staff.
• Lead worship services regularly.
• Present at all services on Sunday and mid-week to oversee and pastor our music and tech team, both paid and volunteers.
• Part of Creative Planning Team (launch new series and plan special services.)
• Schedule Worship Team using Planning Center for Sunday and Wednesday services, and special events.
• Audition new Worship Team members.
• Work with MultiTracks, Planning Center, Chart Builder.
• Plan and execute Christmas Eve music and services.
• Schedule special music when needed and practice with them.

2. Tech & Production Department

• Oversee the technical and production team and the responsibilities that go with those positions.
• Monitor the quality of the livestream campus.  
• Approve all sound, lighting, tech purchases with supervisor approval.  
• Complete a major stage design change and install at least once a year (as needed).

3. Management Team Member

• Contribute to the organization and execution of the mission and vision of Believe Belong Become.
• Attend weekly meetings.

4. Preaching/Teaching Pastor

• Member of the preaching team, preparing a sermon as scheduled.
• Work with the preaching team on series development. 

The Compensation

$70,000 – 85,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits
