Keystone Community Church desires a Worship Pastor who is a spiritually and emotionally mature leader with a passion for worship and ministry, committed to glorifying God and fostering the spiritual growth of the local church. This role requires a gifted musician and vocalist (proficient in guitar or keyboard) with strong technical knowledge of sound and worship tech. The Worship Pastor will recruit, lead, and equip worship teams, ensuring excellence in worship services. Effective leadership and communication skills are essential to inspire and engage both the congregation and the worship team, all while demonstrating humility, integrity, and a heart for service.

Position Overview

The Worship Pastor at Keystone Community Church will lead worship with a balance of seasoned musicianship and a heart for shepherding, fostering strong relationships within the worship team and congregation. They will harness the church’s high level of volunteerism and commitment to worship and music to develop a dynamic worship experience that blends the richness of traditional hymns with the vibrancy of modern music. Excellence in musicality and leadership will be vital, but success will also rely on their ability to inspire, mentor, and engage, driving a culture of artistic expression that enhances the church’s worship environment and deepens the spiritual connection of its members.

 Responsibilities / Requirements

• Gifted Musician (Guitar or Keyboard)
• Gifted Vocalist who engages the congregation in worship

• Read Music / Sight Read
• Knowledgeable with Sound & Tech boards
• Recruit & Create Teams
