Mosaic’s Worship Leader Residency is designed to develop emerging leaders who want to deepen their calling, sharpen their skills, and prepare for long-term ministry impact.

About the Residency
This 12-month residency offers a unique opportunity to:

• Learn through weekly coaching, real-time feedback, and spiritual formation.
• Serve as part of the creative team, helping plan services and disciple volunteer teams.
• Grow in your personal faith, musical skill, and ministry leadership.
• You won’t be expected to have it all figured out—but you will be challenged to step up, be teachable, and walk boldly in your calling.

What You’ll Do

• Help plan and lead weekend worship sets (2–3x/month)
• Support creative service elements (set lists, transitions, tech)
• Assist in volunteer development and team discipleship
• Collaborate on worship nights and special events
• Participate in regular team rhythms and mentorship

What We’re Looking For

• A growing love for Jesus and a desire to serve His church
• Musical proficiency (vocal and/or instrumental) and stage presence
• A teachable spirit, team-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills
• Weekend availability and commitment to Mosaic’s mission and values
• Some worship-leading experience in a church or ministry setting (preferred)
