Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Worship Leader to lead our congregation in worship through authentic, engaging, and Spirit-filled experiences. The ideal candidate will have a heart for God, a love for the local church, and the ability to lead with energy and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead worship with passion and authenticity in a contemporary style.
Recruit, equip, and disciple band members and vocalists.
Plan and execute engaging worship services in collaboration with the pastoral team.
Foster a culture of worship that invites both believers and seekers into God’s presence.
Contribute creative ideas for worship experiences, special events, and outreach.
Help develop and grow the worship ministry in alignment with the church’s vision.

What We’re Looking For:

A committed follower of Jesus with a heart for worship and evangelism.
Experience leading worship in a contemporary church setting is a plus.  
Strong leadership ability to build and shepherd a team.
Creative, flexible, and able to work well in a collaborative environment.
A teachable spirit and a desire to grow personally and spiritually.
