THE FRONT CHURCH SEEKS A WORSHIP CREATIVE TO PROPEL THE CHURCH FORWARD INTO HER NEXT SEASON OF MINISTRY…

The Front Church exists to make Jesus known where He is not.

We are seeking a passionate Worship Creative, with a missionary’s heart, whose passion is to create invitational and welcoming worship environments, with newcomers in mind. This fundraising position is designed to connect the right candidate to the unique mission of Utah, creating spaces where people belong before they believe. The ministry opportunities include:

• Oversee the music ministry of The Front Church, considering the spiritually unique context of Utah and her people.
• Connect with the Lead Pastor monthly to discuss the culture of worship, and how it fits into The Front Church’s overall vision.
• Work with the Lead Pastor to create a song bank of 30-50 culturally and contextually relevant praise and worship songs.
• Recruit and lead the team in engaging and efficient rehearsals that will grow their skills and enthusiasm for seeing people encounter Jesus.
• Utilize Planning Center to schedule rehearsals, set lists, and worship team members.
• Understand audio-visual equipment and the corresponding software to create memorable worship environments.
