The Coach is committed to honoring Christ be preparing students to live fully for God in a rapidly changing world, knowing they are His masterpieces, uniquely designed for His purposes. The Coach ensures the learning environment is Christian-based, nurturing, wholesome and loving.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and conduct a 1.25-hour practice session, 2-3 days per week.
- Coach 1-3 games per week.
- Distribute and collect team uniforms
- Communicate with players and parents about expectations of our program.
- Create a positive environment for all players.
- Work closely and in collaboration with the Athletic Director
- Respect professional ethics that require confidentiality
- Follow procedures as set by Athletic Director
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a strong and growing relationship with Jesus Christ and it should be evident in both the personal and professional life.
- Must agree to the mission statement, values, and faith statement.
- Must be able to uphold and support the mission statement, values, and faith statement.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- High School Diploma or higher
- Previous experience is preferred.
