Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Unlicensed Early Childhood Clinician. The Early Childhood Clinician will be responsible for providing mental health therapy and recovery services to children in the early childhood stage. The role includes conducting individual and group counseling sessions, performing clinical assessments, creating treatment plans, and collaborating with other professionals in the field.
Qualifications
Experience in providing mental health therapy to children
Knowledge of early childhood development and child psychology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct clinical assessments and create treatment plans
Understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
Registered in DORA as an LPCC, SWC, or LSW
Experience working with diverse populations
Clinical Hour Pay Range: $40-$55 an hour
Administrative Pay: $20 an hour
