Temporary Operations Assistant – Part-Time, In-Office Position
About QuietWaters Ministries: QuietWaters Ministries’ mission is to renew, restore, and strengthen Christian leaders and their families by providing intensive counseling sessions to pastors, missionaries, and parachurch leaders.
QuietWaters Ministries is seeking a highly skilled, organized, and energetic Operations Assistant to work independently in a small office setting, providing support to our Executive Leadership requiring attending to detail, and providing interaction with our Christian clients, volunteers, and staff.
Essential Functions: Exercise independent judgment and initiative to carry out job functions. Work effectively under time constraints to meet deadlines and manage several different tasks. Work with accuracy and attention to detail. Must have effective oral and written communication skills.

Daily Tasks:
- Performs light bookkeeping.
- Manages database, including creating and maintaining information.
- Handles incoming/outgoing calls and emails.
- Organizes and maintains the office.
- Organizes information through knowledge of Office-365 and G-Suite.
- Provide general administrative and operational support across the organization, assisting staff and leadership as needed.
*Please note that this is a temporary, part-time position starting as soon as possible and ending in December 2026. There is potential for this to move into a full-time, permanent position.

- High degree of ownership and ability to manage ongoing projects with minimal oversight.
- Self-driven, high attention to detail, and able to maintain cooperative working relationships.
Education and Work Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
- 2-3 years of administrative or operations experience.
- Experience using QuickBooks preferred but not required.
- Experience using databases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Applications.
- Experience with G-Suite: Google Calendars and Google Forms.
