No experience is necessary. We train at the office and on the job. This is a full-time, seasonal position with the opportunity to become year-round. You will have the opportunity to learn many skills, including water chemistry, automation, electrical, plumbing and construction.

Working hours are Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday if we need to catch up. We start at 8am and work until we are finished. Some days are longer than others, which gives you the opportunity for time and a half overtime pay. Our season runs from April through October, with the understanding that students will not be able to work all those months. Members with the aptitude to learn will be eligible for a team lead position. Returning members year after year will be eligible for a raise at the beginning of the next season.  Team members will be eligible for a season end bonus based on the number of days worked.

Requirements:

16 years of age and able to drive, with reliable transportation to and from work.

Able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Able to swim.

Able to work in all kinds of weather.

Able to communicate well with other team members.

Must arrive promptly for your work shift.

Able to work with an iPad for daily job logs.

Drug free.

Starting pay 17.00 – 19.00 based on experience.
