LIFEGATE Church is seeking a passionate and dynamic Student Pastor to help lead and grow our middle and high school student ministries. Reporting directly to the Campus Pastor of Family Ministries, the Student Pastor will be responsible for casting vision, leading, and overseeing the spiritual development of students in these age groups. This role requires a committed leader who is able to preach the gospel, pastor students, engage families, and develop a faithful volunteer team. As part of a growing and thriving ministry, the Student Pastor will play a key role in discipling students, supporting their families, and leading students into deeper relationships with Christ.
