We are seeking an experienced Senior Pastor to lead our church. Candidates must have a Master of Divinity from a like-minded seminary, a proven record of leadership, unquestionable character, and a passion for teaching the Bible. As a shepherd, a love for people will be expected that is reflected in interpersonal skills, pastoral care, and leading by example. We are requiring at least 3 years of full-time Senior Pastor experience.

First Baptist averages 350 in attendance, and has receipts over 1 million dollars. We are currently under the leadership of a Transitional Pastor who is leading us in this effort and the transition to a new Senior Pastor. The new Pastor will be expected to passionately adopt and lead this relocation & building vision. Our Transitional Pastor will work closely with the new Senior Pastor for 6 months to insure a successful transition of leadership.
