Job Description:

Lake Community Church, an Evangelical Free Church, is seeking a gifted Senior Pastor who will be the primary leader, preacher, teacher, and shepherd of the congregation. . We are a congregation of about 225 in weekly attendance, located in a charming community nestled in the heart of Minnesota’s picturesque lake country. We are praying for someone God has called to lead, equip, and walk with us into the next chapter of fruitful ministry.

The successful candidate will possess the spiritual, motivational and operational leadership gifts and experience to lead, mentor, and equip staff and congregation to accomplish the church’s mission.
