Aspen Ridge Church, nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains between Evergreen and Conifer, Colorado, is seeking a Christ-centered, Spirit-led Senior Pastor who joyfully affirms that Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church (Colossians 1:18) and leads from that conviction.

We are prayerfully seeking a shepherd who faithfully preaches and teaches God’s Word, equips believers to make disciples, and provides humble, biblical leadership. The Senior Pastor will lead the congregation by aligning the church’s vision, ministries, and mission with Christ’s authority and purpose. This individual will provide spiritual oversight while investing in staff and volunteer leaders, cultivating a culture of servant leadership, discipleship, unity, collaboration, and spiritual growth.

The Senior Pastor will oversee a team of paid staff and volunteer ministry leaders, encouraging and developing others to use their gifts in advancing the mission of the church. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep love for Christ, a commitment to the authority of Scripture, and a passion for shepherding God’s people.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should demonstrate:

• A clear, personal calling to pastoral ministry under the lordship of Jesus Christ.
• A strong commitment to the authority and sufficiency of Scripture.
• Theological alignment with Converge and agreement with its statement of faith.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing and developing staff and/or volunteer teams.
• Strong biblical preaching, teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A shepherd’s heart with a passion for caring for people, making disciples, and developing leaders.
• The ability to foster unity, collaboration, and healthy church culture through servant leadership.

Salary Range: $120,00 to $160,00 – all inclusive

Aspen Ridge Church is partnering with the Converge Placement Network (CPN) to evaluate pastoral candidates. Applicants who have not yet completed a CPN profile are encouraged to do so using the application link provided. https://www.convergeplacementnetwork.org/ A one-time $75 assessment fee covers the required evaluation tools and is generally tax-deductible as a job-search expense (subject to individual tax circumstances). Once a profile is complete, candidates will also be eligible to be matched with other Converge churches across the country that utilize the CPN process.
