First Baptist Church of Torrington seeks a pastor to help identify and implement the work necessary to reach this community and care for its members. FBC is small but faithful, ready to come alongside a strong leader and to receive, disciple and support new believers.  FBC is a family-sized congregation that draws its membership not only from Torrington, but from surrounding communities. Current leaders are capable, yet eager to be supported and led after an extended interim period. We seek a pastor to challenge, inspire and invite us to come alongside a new and vibrant ministry to reach the next generation.  We believe the focus of the next pastor must be on Biblical, down-to-earth preaching, Church Outreach, and investment in the Goshen County Community as we move toward the future.
