Urban Ministry
HER Campaign is a faith based non-profit organization dedicated to providing comprehensive aftercare and residential programs for survivors of human trafficking. Since our founding in 2016, we have supported over 200+ survivors through crisis intervention and various stages of recovery. Our mission is to empower survivors to heal, grow, and find purpose through a continuum of care that includes innovative therapeutic approaches and community support. We desire to create a space where survivors can stabilize physically, mentally, and emotionally, while empowering them to embrace their full identity and calling in life. Our culture is rooted in the belief that “Hospitality Comes First,” ensuring that every woman who enters our doors is treated with dignity, love, and respect.
The Residential Coach (RC) plays a key role in supporting survivors of human trafficking by helping to facilitate day-to-day programming at the Emergency Shelter. The RC works under the direction of the Program Director, Clinical Director, and Lead Coaches to provide compassionate, trauma-informed care, empowering survivors on their healing journey. RCs are responsible for maintaining a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for residents while providing assistance with daily activities and therapeutic interventions.
