Program Description:
The Discovery Christian Church residency program develops emerging leaders who want to pursue vocational ministry. Residents can be enrolled in an undergrad, graduate school or somewhere in-between. Ministry Skills, Leadership Development and Soul Care create the core of the program. Goals and coaching plans are individually customized so each student can achieve confidence and be ministry-ready upon completion. The program is a one-year commitment with the possibility of an additional second-year. Compensation is provided along with a host home. Apply online.
