Job Board

A Plum Creek Residency is a paid one year program for emerging leaders interested in pursuing vocational ministry. We focus on direct ministry experience in any area of ministry, intentional leadership development, and a personal development plan tailored to you as an individual.

We also focus on spiritual formation and soul care, believing all that we do flows out of our relationship with Jesus Christ. The experience is grounded in a great community with other residents, our staff, and through participating in our thriving 20s and 30s ministry.

Some program highlights include:

• 39 hours a week (hours are flexible if you are taking classes)
• Residency is paid, and housing is provided
• One year program
• Located in Castle Rock, Colorado, with easy access to the city of Denver and to the mountains
• An experience of excellence and significant personal investment; leadership development, ministry experience, and spiritual formation

We have limited spots in our competitive Residency Program, looking for highly motivated individuals who are looking to learn and grow in a fun and vibrant church community and staff.  Our Residents are paid and housing is provided.
