Description:
Overview: Provides technical support for the Program area and general support in the area of administration and travel. This is a part-time hourly position of approximately 25-30 hours per week. Potential of 1-2 international trips per year after a minimum of one year of service.
Hybrid, Colorado Springs, CO, preferred.
Reports to: Manager, Communication and Operations
Areas of Responsibility:
PRAYER
- Actively and consistently pray for the mission of TOLI, staff, partners, and for our work of being disciples who make disciples through sharing the Gospel and microloans.
- Participate in weekly staff prayer meetings and monthly TOLI Tuesday prayer gatherings.
Program Support
- Ensure proper adoption and usage of data collection tools (Atlas, ePayli, etc.). Support systems through troubleshooting issues and engaging vendors for corrections and updates.
- Lead process for continuous improvement in data collection systems.
- Work with Field Partners to compile and analyze data used in monthly and annual reports, marketing and improvement strategies.
- Assist in evaluating reports from Partners and work with partners to monitor health and growth of program sites.
- Assist in revising and updating program materials (Partnership Manual, Business Basics Training Curriculum, Operations Manual, etc.).
Program Field Staff Support
- Assist in facilitating regular Social Worker field gatherings
- Assist in visioning, and planning of the TOLI Global Partner’s Conference
- Assist in scheduling and communication of monthly and quarterly meetings.
- Work with Communications to facilitate TOLI Tuesday prayer gathering and the Prayer Doc on a monthly basis.
Travel Coordination
- Assist with researching itineraries and flight options for international and domestic travel.
- Assist in booking flights, track reservations, and communicate arrangements with travel teams.
- Assist with building and maintaining travel resource databases.
- Assist with collecting and updating traveler information, and preparing trip packets and with orientation for TOLI travel teams.
- Assist with keeping travelers updated on bookings, payments, team meetings, and entry requirements including; VISA’s, immunizations, etc.
- Assist with expense tracking for travel.
Other Support
- Assist in research and writing grant proposals.
- Special events support, administrative support, other duties as assigned by Communications and Administrative Coordinator or Executive Director.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, development, correlated field strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years nonprofit program experience or equivalent international experience preferred.
- Cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent statistical skills, comfortable analyzing and interpreting data.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets and databases. Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, digital file sharing and communication platforms such as Dropbox, Google Drive, Zoom and others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Both a team player and self-starter, able to think creatively, solve problems and learn by doing.
