Role Description

We are seeking a Professional Counselor (LPC or LPCC) to provide excellent care to ReStory clients. This role reports directly to our Clinical Supervisor and comprises 3 major roles: a minimum of 10 (PTE) or 20 (FTE) hours a week of client sessions, approximately 1-2 hours a week of practice administration, and approximately 2-3 hours a week of supervision, case consultation, or training.

We’re looking for someone who loves working with a team; someone who is eager to learn the ReStory approach; someone who will represent ReStory to the community and participate in brand awareness; and ultimately someone whose presence, ethos, and insight will serve our clientele well.

Ideal candidates are able to balance the ebb and flow of client needs and inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner and possess empathetic interpersonal skills. A successful candidate will exhibit integrity, teamwork, energy, flexibility, an attention to detail, have a proactive attitude and an organized work style. We are looking for someone who is self-aware and, ideally, has “done their own work” in counseling. 

Responsibilities Include:

• Representing ReStory Counseling to the community
• Offering quality care to clients per preferred modality and through a ReStory lens
• Administration such as client paperwork, notes, and billing
• Developing through weekly consult and supervision 
• Deepening through our ReStory Institute

Compensation:

Varies on experience and client hours ($56-$103), paid per paid client hour
