THE JOB 

Do you thrive on developing efficient systems and processes? If so, this job’s for you! In this new versatile role you’ll be our go-to for software identification and integration, data management/integrity and IT support. We will rely on you to conduct research, recommend and implement software; establish related processes, standard operating procedures, and trainings; troubleshoot technical issues and maintain the integrity of system data. You will report to our Deputy Director with various duties related to our operational systems. This involves assisting with new program-related efforts and continually increasing efficiency in the systems used across different departments. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

● Ongoing software integration, training and administration 

● Medicaid system (administration, SOPs, training, billing, troubleshooting, compliance) 

● Program system (measurables, outcome evaluation, reporting, rent/program fees) 

● Virtuous CRM system (reporting, automation, tax credit administration) 

● Communications systems (Google Workspace, Dialpad) 

● Interdepartmental collaboration (operations, HR, finance, program, development/grants) 

● Program core competency training (research, implement, onboard, track continuing education) 

● Special projects (assist in organization-wide support, coordination and workflow processes to accomplish time-bound projects) 

● Develop strategies to use AI to benefit the Organization

QUALIFICATIONS (preferred) 

● Education related to fields like information systems or computer science are a plus 

● 2+ years experience in operations, software implementation, administration and IT support 

● History of integrating new systems and training staff with varying degrees of technical ability 

● Excellent computer skills (MAC and PC) 

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and data management applications 

● Strong communication, both written and verbal 

● Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and situations 

 

HOURS 

● 40 hours per week 

● Some flexibility with work schedule and location options 

 

SALARY $60,000 – $65,000
