The DCC Pastoral Residency program seeks to create space for real-world learning and development for those pursuing a call to pastoral ministry. While university and seminary can provide an educational foundation for pastoral work, learning from and alongside practitioners and church leaders is a crucial component to understanding your calling and learning what type of ministry context you want to be in. We hope that our residency program will attract likeminded individuals who could see DCC as their church home while they are with us.
