First Baptist Church of Pavilion is a small single-pastor ministry in rural western New York. While each church has a unique personality a pastor must get to know, here are the general tasks performed in the role of pastor at our church.
– Prepare sermons each week for a morning worship service and evening service
– Facilitate the midweek prayer service
– Oversee Sunday school classes and material
– Cultivate community engagement
– Lead deacon meetings
– Lead business meetings
