REchurch at Running Creek is a Christian, non‑denominational, Bible‑teaching church committed to rebuilding with purpose, humility, and hope. We are a community seeking spiritual renewal, rooted in Scripture, centered on Jesus, and passionate about healing, restoration, and service to our neighbors.

Position Overview
We are seeking a pastor who loves Jesus deeply, teaches the Bible faithfully, and leads with compassion and integrity. The ideal candidate will be energized by the work of rebuilding, strengthening the spiritual foundation of the church, nurturing a culture of healing, and equipping the body for service.
This role includes preaching, pastoral care, leadership development, and guiding the church toward healthy, sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Preach and teach Scripture with clarity, conviction, and grace
- Shepherd the congregation through prayer, counseling, and relational ministry
- Lead with humility, transparency, and a heart for reconciliation and restoration
- Equip and empower volunteers and ministry leaders
- Partner with the church to strengthen outreach and community service initiatives
- Help shape the vision and direction of REchurch as we rebuild and grow
- Model Christlike character in all areas of life and ministry
Qualifications
- A mature, growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- Agreement with a non‑denominational, Bible‑centered approach to ministry
- Experience in pastoral leadership (formal or informal)
- Strong communication and preaching skills
- A heart for healing, reconciliation, and walking with people through life’s challenges
- Commitment to community engagement and service
- Ability to work collaboratively with church leadership and volunteers
