Job Board

Key Responsibilities
• Bible-Centered Teaching & Preaching: Deliver expository, theologically sound sermons each Sunday and ensure all teaching ministries align with biblical truth. Candidates should be comfortable with our “Statement of Faith” found under the “About” tab of our website.
• Lead Elder Board: Chair and collaborate with a board of four other ordained elders, providing spiritual leadership and vision within our Elder-led governance model.
• Supervise Deacons & Deaconesses: Oversee and support several Deacons and Deaconesses in their ministry and service to the church body.
• Men’s Group Leadership: Participate and occasionally lead as necessary a weekly men’s group meeting every Wednesday at 8:30am on the island, encouraging fellowship and spiritual growth among men of all backgrounds.
• Digital Ministry: Prepare, record, and produce a weekly digital video of the service message for online posting, ensuring our snowbird members and remote congregants remain connected and spiritually nourished.
• Shepherding & Pastoral Care: Provide counsel, visitation, and prayer for members and attenders, being available as a caring presence for needs that arise throughout the week.
• Special Events: Organize and lead the annual Easter Sunday sunrise beach service, coordinating logistics and outreach for 500–800 participants.
