REPORTS TO: Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships (EDSP)

LOCATION: Denver (Wheat Ridge)

TYPE OF POSITION:   Full-time

HOURS OF WORK: 40 hrs/week (non-exempt/hourly)

PAY RANGE: $46K-$52K

TRAVEL: Occasional

INTRODUCTORY PERIOD: 90 Days

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Partnership Coordinator (PC) will work closely with the Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships (EDSP) to support all aspects of strategic partnerships. The PC will also work directly with internal D2S departments to coordinate the execution of partnership tasks, whether related to a current approved Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or an informal arrangement.

The primary objective for the PC will be to ensure that partnership projects and initiatives are coordinated effectively and executed in a timely manner, under the direction of the EDSP. Supporting the EDSP in establishing and nurturing relationships with partnership contacts is also vital for this initiative and the PC will be responsible for all new partner inquiries as well as the primary point of contact for all event partners.

The PC will be expected to coordinate and collaborate with others, both internally and externally, which will require heavy project and relationship management skills. This includes working with staff, partners, donors, and vendors as needed. Strong and professional communication skills are a must.

SCHEDULE: Although this is an hourly position, the PC should attempt to be available for emergent issues as possible, even outside of scheduled hours. Due to the sometimes-imposing needs of this position, additional flexibility will be extended to the PC in return. Limited travel will be required.

TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partnership Coordination and Administration: 90%

  • Coordinate partnership administration and relationships, ensuring that cooperative projects and initiatives are properly distributed and executed by relevant internal team
  • Maintain partnership data, record activities, and ensure all commitments are executed correctly.
  • Support EDSP in researching, assessing, tracking, and reporting on opportunities for collaboration and Gospel Advancem
  • Schedule meetings with partners and potential partners; provide logistical support for meetings.
  • Take notes at partner meetings and communicate regarding ACTION items from the meetings.
  • Host and be the point of contact for partners at Dare 2 Share ev
  • Oversee annual budget process and monthly variance reporting.

Miscellaneous Administrative Support: 10%

  • Executive administrative support for EDSP, including travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.
  • Occasional errands or administrative support as a backup to the Executive Administration team.
