Job Description:

Wellspring Church is seeking a passionate and motivated Part-time Interim Youth Coordinator. This person will work side-by-side with Annie Waters, the Interim Youth Pastor. The Interim Youth Coordinator will be a male presence in the youth ministry and will primarily invest in the male leaders and students in the youth group. This will include leading events at the church as well as attending student events and pursuing students outside of our programs. This interim role will be a consistent leader in Sunday morning programming and help Annie with curriculum development, teaching, and planning future events.

Key Responsibilities:

●Teach Youth Sunday School at 2 services each Sunday morning

●Attend and Teach Youth Group and lead a mentor group every Sunday from 12:30-2:30

●Plan a monthly event for the male students

●Work with Annie to actively develop relationships with students through student programming, attending student events, and meeting in one-on-one, small group, and bible study settings.
