Job Board

We’re a Christian family looking for a kind, dependable caregiver to join our team and support our amazing 5-year-old son. He has cerebral palsy and developmental delays, but he’s mobile, potty trained, verbal, and full of joy. He’s incredibly friendly and social—he’ll talk your ear off and charm you while doing it. His needs are more like a 2–3-year-old, so he’ll need help with dressing, meals, transitions, and playtime.

This is a W-2 position with paid sick time. We run payroll through a company—timesheets are simple and you’ll be paid via direct deposit.

📍 Location

• Littleton (near Columbine High School) in July

• Conifer (Shadow Mountain area) starting August

🚗 You’ll need to:

• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean record

• Be comfortable transporting kids—we’ll provide the vehicle when driving is needed

🗓️ Schedule:

• During school year: ~12 hours/week (Tues–Fri, morning drop-off + after school help)

• School breaks (summer, holidays): ~20–32 hours/week, schedule can be flexible depending on availability

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 About our family:
We’re a busy, loving household with four kids. Our youngest (your main buddy) is the one needing the most hands-on support. His older brother uses a wheelchair and may occasionally need some assistance (mostly supervision, not lifting), and his two older sisters may need help here and there, especially when school’s out. We will pay extra if we’re asking you to help with siblings.  We also have a dog—so dog-friendly is a plus!
