Part Time Bible Teacher
Bible teachers at FRCS are responsible for providing instruction, lesson planning, and grading in order to facilitate meaningful student discipleship through Bible classes. The ideal candidate is a biblical scholar who has a background in ministry, theology, or as a student of the biblical text. The ideal candidate is skilled at working with teenagers in a classroom setting, eager to work within a collaborative team environment, and has a deep passion for the discipleship which can occur in Christian education. Teachers at FRCS must have the ability to foster relationships with students, staff, and parents in order to teach relationally in a way that points others towards Christ.
A Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies, Education, Theology, Christian Ministry or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or higher academic credential is preferred. Prior experience working with young people in Christian ministry contexts is preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of educational training.
