We have a two bed condo near downtown Grand Lake, which we rent out for Airbnb.

Our regular housekeeper is having some health issues. So, we are looking to help fill out our schedule to help alleviate some of the work load for her.

We have Superhost status, so we like to provide that level of cleanliness. Generally takes about 2-3 hrs to do all the rooms and laundry. Our check out/in times are 10a & 3p. So same day turn arounds need to happen in that timeframe, but it isn’t always a same day turn over.

We are in the middle of the busy season. So, we have a ton of recurring opportunities starting as soon as this Wednesday.
