Provide visionary leadership for the Next Gen Ministry (birth through high school) in alignment with Connect’s vision through casting vision, building teams, and developing leaders. Oversee, build, and develop Connect Kids & Connect Students to ensure the discipleship of kids & students. Equip parents to disciple their kids and students.

This is a full-time salaried position. Normal work hours would be Sunday-Thursday. Holiday, weekend and evening hours will be required for groups and events (including Christmas Eve and Easter).
