Job Board

We are searching for a reliable, proactive, and kind-hearted third adult to join our team and
dive into the daily rhythm of our home. We need someone who is super organized, flexible, and
genuinely excited about supporting a busy family of six for an average of 30 hours per week.
We have four children, an 10-year old daughter, 9-year old son, 6-year old daughter and 2 year-old son. We are raising our family with Biblical Christian values and it is important that we are
partnering with someone that aligns with these values. While we both work full time, we are
heavily involved in our kids lives. We are homeschooling this year and as parents are leading
their homeschooling 4-days a week.
Schedule: We are looking for someone generally on Wednesday and Thursday 8-6. On the first
Monday and Tuesday every month we need someone from 8-6 Monday and 8-3 Tuesday. On the
other weeks we can be somewhat flexible on timing to get to the additional 10 hours.
Tasks: Tasks can vary week from week but generally looking for someone to assist with the
following:
– Care for our youngest while the other kids are homeschooling
– Care for the four kids while we are working (sometimes from home and sometimes
out of the home)
– Assist with household errands
– Assist with laundry
– Assist with keeping house tidy
– Assist with meal prep and grocery shopping
– Assist with various household tasks
Our kids love the outdoors and if they have time based on their school work, to do a daily
activity such as the pool, park, library, zoo, museum, etc. We need someone starting January 5,
2025 and are looking for someone through at least May 31, 2025.
