Nanny and Family Assistant

We’re a family with two kids (4 and 2) in the South Denver area, looking for a proactive, organized, and energetic nanny and family assistant to support our family ~25–30 hrs/week. This role blends hands-on childcare (20–25 hrs/week) with household and family support (5+ hrs/week).

Schedule:

• Mondays and Wednesdays: a couple flex hours of household support, and a couple hours of after-school childcare
• Tuesdays and Thursdays: Full-day childcare
• Fridays are typically off, with occasional flexibility for preschool holidays or breaks

Responsibilities include:

• Childcare: Engaged, playful care for a 4- and 2-year-old, including activities and outings
• Family support: Groceries and meal prep, cleaning and organizing projects, kids laundry, and errands
• Occasional preschool pickup

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Playful, warm, creative and genuinely loves engaging with young kids
• Highly organized with strong time management and initiative
• Trustworthy and comfortable working independently in our home
• Aligned with our family’s values

Pay: $25–28/hour, depending on experience. References and background check required.
