Nanny
Hello! We are looking for a loving, reliable nanny to care for our 5-month-old baby in our home. We’re open to both full-time and part-time arrangements for the right fit. We are believers and would love to find someone who will continue to foster a Jesus-loving home environment! Our little one still takes naps and there should be enough down time to focus on your studies 🙂
About the Position
We’re seeking someone who is nurturing, attentive, and genuinely enjoys engaging with infants. The ideal candidate will help our little one learn, grow, and feel safe throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, hands-on care for our baby throughout the day
- Engage in age-appropriate play and developmental activities (reading, singing, tummy time, sensory play, etc.)
- Follow nap and feeding schedules
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the baby (light tidying related to childcare only)
- Communicate openly with parents about routines, milestones, and daily updates
Requirements
- Experience caring for infants (references preferred)
- Infant CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to complete a course—we’ll cover the cost)
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Non-smoker
- Up-to-date on vaccinations (including Tdap and flu preferred)
Schedule & Compensation
- Open to full-time or part-time – ideally between the hours of 9am-3pm but there is some flexibility throughout the week
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Paid holidays for full-time positions
- Start date: 4 December or 5 January, flexible on start date until January
