The MTNVW Kids Director lives out that mission by leading and equipping a thriving children’s ministry for kids from birth through 5th grade. This role exists to build leaders, shepherd volunteers, partner with parents, and help kids experience the hope and life found in Jesus.

• the trust parents place in us with their children is sacred, continually earned, and never to be taken lightly
• childhood is a crucial season for building a foundation of faith and understanding the truth of Jesus
• parents are the primary disciplers of their children
• ministry leaders are called not only to do ministry, but to equip the Church body to do the work of ministry

This role is currently part-time (30 hours/week). Office hours are flexible. Sundays, certain holidays, and major church events are required.
