Media Advancement Coordinator
The Media Advancement Coordinator advances the mission and message of Forge through all possible media avenues, resulting in increasing awareness of as well as engagement and partnership with Forge. This includes strategically optimizing and growing Forge social media and other platforms, overseeing Forge design needs, and coordinating special projects with the Forge team—all to advance the heart-cry of Jesus for more Laborers to be raised up among all spheres of society worldwide, and ultimately to see more of His Kingdom come among all the nations.

Role Responsibilities (Includes but not limited to the following):
- Present at Weekly Staff Meeting (via video)
- Social Media Strategic Planning, Implementation, Analysis, and Growth
- Grows social media following and engagement, optimizing all platforms to further the message of Laborership, the ministry of Forge, and multiply the Kingdom of God.
- Coordinates ongoing social media posting schedule to ensure daily, weekly, monthly content goals are met.
- Ensures all posts are reviewed for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, Forge voice, mission and purpose, bringing to supervisor as directed and needed for approvals.
- Develops posts from testimony, event, devotional content, photos, videos, and newsletters, adding captions, subtitles, and other edits as required.
- Ensures all posts include hash tags, location tags, organization tags, and people tags to the fullest degree possible.
- Reviews social media results and reporting on a weekly basis to inform ongoing social media strategy, and stays up to date with social media best practices.
- Prepares and submits social media reports, growth, and returns to leadership on a monthly basis and as requested.
- Design and Creative Project Needs Coordination
- Coordinates relationships, resources, and assets for Forge outsourced designers.
- Ensures outsourced designers have all the information, photos, copy, and vision needed to successfully bring designs to completion.
- Facilitates communication between outsourced designers and the Forge team for all design needs and revisions.
- Potentially producing and designing creative project needs as required / appropriate for projects not within the scope of outsourced designers.
- Oversee new media initiatives, such as children’s discipleship content for Forge.
- Researches and recruits additional outsourced designers as needed and directed by leadership, working with supervisor for approvals.
- Digital Content Coordination & Forge Team Connections
- Coordinates and gathers digital content for distribution across Forge communications, marketing, email, and social media including: testimonies, event reports, devotional content, photos, videos, newsletters.
- Provides SEO support for Forge blogs as requested.
- Works with Videographer and Media Manager to maintain flow of video content, reels, and social media posting as required.
- Works with Ministry Expansion coordinator to facilitate optimization of Forge branding, lead magnets, content funnels, drip campaigns within communications.
- Looks ahead on upcoming Forge events and seasonal calendars to advance-plan relevant digital content at the appropriate times, connecting with supervisor for approval and Forge team to develop or get content.
- Oversees delivery, understanding, and use of media files for Forge events with host churches as requested.
- Supports the Forge team as needed for large events like Deep Camp, Forge Fest, Life on Purpose.
- Special Projects
- Develops structures for online Forge community network, tying together ongoing engagement through Spiritual Decision Follow-Up Campaign, Multiplying Movements, Life on Purpose Online Course, and providing a relational space where community members can support, pray, and encourage one another in the call to Laborership.
- Updates the Forge app as needed to optimize Forge digital resources, and new initiatives.
- Assists with social media support for select Forge Speakers as directed.
- Explores other media opportunities – such as getting content on platforms like Right Now Media, Angel Studios, PureFlix, YouVersion Verse of the Day, etc.
- Event Support & Regional Expansion
- Spiritual decision campaign strategy and advancement
- Making sure resources rightly support events / speakers
- Expand regional opportunities where speakers show up – TV, radio, other speaking venues, etc.
- Occasionally traveling to support events / capture content as helpful or needed
