Media Administrator-Coordinator
Marilyn & Sarah Ministries is seeking a full-time Media Administrator-Coordinator to provide administrative support for the vision and direction of the Media Team. Candidates for this position must be friendly, professional, and capable of managing and prioritizing a variety of tasks while interacting with diverse individuals from various backgrounds. To successfully serve in this position, the Administrator-Coordinator must personally, professionally, and spiritually embrace the vision and core values of Marilyn & Sarah Ministries.
Some Essential Job Functions:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Track and reconcile Media department expenses and prepares monthly expense report.
· Arranges air travel, hotel accommodations, local transportation, and other logistical support for scheduled TV guests.
· Work with publishers to secure the cost and quantity of books and products offered on television.
· Create and distribute monthly TV taping schedule and appropriate worksheets.
· Upload digital content to various platforms: Shorts, Reels, Facebook Live.

Must be born again. Some weekend work hours will be required. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 40 hrs.
