Join Our Team: Trauma-Informed Counselor/ Couples Work

Known Counseling | Denver Metro/North Area

Known Counseling, a growing private practice in the Denver Metro/North area. We’re currently exploring the possibility of hiring or partnering with a clinician who can take on additional clients, or possibly work at a second location depending on your current work arrangement.

We’re especially interested in connecting with counselors who have a passion for couples therapy and work with a clients working through trauma. We desire our clinicians share a mutual worldview grounded in Christian values and a desire to work in a collaborative, relational environment is also key to what we’re building.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Clinicians specializing in couples therapy, trauma recovery, or emotionally focused individual care
• Available one day per week to start, with opportunity to grow
• Value humility, care, connection, and team collaboration

What We Provide:

• All client referrals and marketing – you won’t need to build your own caseload
• Building an Admin support for scheduling, billing, and documentation
• A secure, simple platform for managing notes and sessions
• A team-based culture with encouragement, support, and connection

Known Counseling exists to provide quality, compassionate care rooted in trauma awareness, emotional connection, and Christian values. While not all clients seek faith integration, many come with the hope of meeting with a counselor who is aligned with their beliefs. We’re building something meaningful where clinicians can focus on the work they love without doing it all alone.
