Location Set Up and Tear Down Leader

Position: Part-Time Hourly- 8 Hours a week on Sundays

Description in a sentence: 

Accountable to the Location Pastor, this position is responsible for the continued development and execution of weekly set up and tear down excelling in the defined Requirements and Key Results Areas below, and other duties as may be assigned. 

Requirements: The Set Up and Tear Down Coordinator

Key Results Area #1: Lead and Execute Church Set Up Operation for Weekend Services

• Competent in driving a truck large enough to pull a large trailer. 
• Competent in backing in a large trailer. 
• Ensure operational readiness for all weekend services 
• Strengthen operational Infrastructure through development and implementation of key systems, processes, and methods in delivering and setting up church equipment
• Develop and implement a formal facilities programs that ensures the timely completion of both preventive and corrective maintenance on all church equipment. 

Key Results Area #2: Develop and Lead Key Team Members 

• Lead a team of volunteers and ensure a constant and continuously improving state of operational readiness. 
• Champion and Recruit new team members 

Key Results Area #3: Ensure Quality Relationship Is Maintained with the school we rent

• Develop procedures for ensuring Orchard Team Members respect school property
• Communicate effectively with school Facilities Team
