Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time (25 client hours/week over 4 days)
- Location: In-person, Castle Rock, CO
- Start Date: As soon as you’re ready
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
- License: Current Colorado license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
- Experience: 3+ years in outpatient mental health
- Skills: Deep understanding of relational dynamics, evidence-based techniques, excellent documentation and communication, and a warm, grounded therapeutic presence
Your Core Responsibilities
- Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
- Conduct in-person therapy sessions
- Accurately document sessions, progress, and clinical notes
- Attend clinical team meetings and participate in professional development
- Collaborate with a supportive team of therapists and leadership
