Green Mountain Counseling & Wellness (GMC) is a relational, trauma-wise group practice located in Lakewood, Colorado. Our clinicians work as independent contractors, offering them autonomy, flexibility, and the support of a collaborative, growth-oriented team. Our therapists specialize in attachment-based and trauma-focused care, including Brainspotting, EMDR, Neurofeedback, Synergetic Play Therapy, and other trauma-reprocessing modalities. Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and grounded LPCC who is aligned with our relational, trauma-informed approach. Applicants from diverse backgrounds and identities are encouraged to apply. Clinical supervision toward licensure may be available.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, child, or family therapy
- Practice from an attachment-focused, trauma-informed lens
- Maintain timely documentation in SimplePractice
- Participate in team meetings/consultation
- Offer in-person and/or telehealth services
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling or related field
- Active LPCC in Colorado
- Strong relational skills and openness to growth
- Willingness to panel with insurance and Medicaid (admin support provided)
- Ability to work independently as an independent contractor
Preferred (Not Required)
EMDR, Brainspotting, Neurofeedback, Synergetic Play Therapy, or experience with trauma, anxiety, grief, or cultural/identity-related transitions.
