About Us:

Lifted From The Rut Christ-Centered Recovery Services, LLC is a Christ-centered Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) dedicated to helping individuals and families find freedom from addiction through professional counseling and Christ-centered support. We are looking for passionate counselors to join our team as independent contractors, helping us launch and grow this transformative program.

Role Overview:

We are seeking Licensed Addiction Counselors (LAC), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), CAS, or CAT who are aligned with our Christ-centered mission to provide group and individual counseling services as part of our Intensive Outpatient Program. This role starts as a 1099 independent contractor with the potential to transition into a W-2 employee as the program grows.

Responsibilities:

✅ Facilitate Christ-centered group therapy sessions (3 hours/session, 3 sessions per week)
✅ Provide individual counseling sessions as caseload allows
✅ Integrate faith-based practices (prayer, scripture, spiritual discussions) with evidence-based therapy
✅ Complete clinical documentation in a timely, professional manner
✅ Participate in team collaboration meetings (as needed)
✅ Support clients in relapse prevention, trauma recovery, and personal growth

Qualifications:

• Current licensure in Colorado (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
• Also, CAS and CAT
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in addiction recovery
• Have lived experience with addiction
• Skilled with the Ritten EHR (preferred)
• Strong alignment with Christian values and Christ-centered recovery models
• Skilled in VIRTUAL group facilitation and individual counseling
• Able to work independently as a contractor while collaborating with the team
