Job Board

Immanuel Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a full-time lead pastor and is accepting applicants for this position. We are a congregation of approximately 90 members, with an average weekly attendance of 50. Loyal is a rural community located one hour northwest of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The community also has an excellent K–12 public school system and career/technical school.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Be a graduate of a Bible-based seminary and ordained or eligible for ordination in the Baptist faith.
• Agree with the North American Baptist Conference Statement of Beliefs and Code of Ministerial Ethics.
• Be a believer in and a preacher of the Gospel and of the basic doctrines of faith as traditionally held by Baptists.
• Exemplify character, conduct, and competence depicted in 1 Timothy 3:17, Titus 1:5–9, and 1 Peter 5:1–9.

Other desired attributes include approachability and ability to relate to others.
