About the Kids Ministry Director:
The Kids Ministry Director is responsible for all aspects of ensuring the spiritual growth and development of children ages birth through 5th grade in a fun, high-energy environment. This includes curriculum selection, volunteer recruitment and development, classroom management, and operational management necessary to ensure successful and constantly improving weekend children’s services, midweek programming, and periodic special events.
The Kids Ministry Director’s Responsibilities Include:

Provide and lead a fun, safe, and engaging environment for Sunday Services and Wednesday Night AWANA

Engage, equip, and empower volunteers

Planning and executing annual events such as:

Vacation Bible School
-
-
Collaborate with a staff that likes to work hard and play hard

Curriculum choosing and building
-
Attendance of staff meetings and weekly check-in with immediate supervisor

Overseeing the nursery and preschool ministries

Identify and execute ministry and missions opportunities for children to participate in
