Youth and Children's Ministry
Kids Ministry Director
Purpose
The Kids Ministry Director is the primary leader of our gospel-centered kids (Birth – 5th grade) ministry. He or she will serve to develop, equip, and multiply disciple-making parents and leaders, while also creating a vibrant environment for children to experience sound biblical teaching. • Loves God’s Word and is committed to sound biblical teaching no matter what age is being taught.
• Affirms and embraces the mission, vision, values, and doctrine of Firewheel Bible Fellowship.
• Has strong leadership skills – both strategic and day-to-day.
• Has excellent communication skills and is able to communicate clearly and consistently within the church staff, to volunteers, to parents, and to the congregation as a whole.
