PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The purpose of the Kids + Campus Coordinator is to assist with the overall program of the campus and of birth – 5^th grade while supporting the implementation of the vision, mission, and core values of Mission Hills Church.

• Experience in administration of children’s ministry specific to early childhood or elementary (preferred)

• Ability to recruit, motivate, equip, and manage Serve Team Members

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Kids

1. Create the weekly curriculum and organization of supplies to provide an intentional classroom and/or small group experience for kids
2. Assist in the recruitment of Serve team members for Kids Ministry team
3. Provide training and leadership to equip Serve team members on the Kids Ministry team
4. Coordinate the scheduling and weekly communication to the Serve team members for Kids Ministry
5. Collaborate with the Littleton Kids Ministry to maintain campus-wide unity in programming and events
6. Responsible for the organization of the resource rooms and/or storage areas that supports Kids Ministry
7. Assist in bringing on new ministries to the Kids department at the North Littleton Campus
8. Plan and coordinate special events including Summer Camp, Parents Night Out, Kids Kickoff, etc.

• Campus

1. Assist in the recruitment of Serve team members
2. Coordinate the scheduling and weekly communication to the Serve team members for North Littleton Campus
3. Manage database to make sure everything is up-to-date for attendees of the North Littleton Campus
4. Work with Middle and High School group Serve team to align all NextGen Ministry at the North Littleton Campus
5. Regularly attend staff development, monthly huddles, and other campus-wide events
6. Creatively assist in bringing on new ministries and events to the North Littleton Campus

• Meet regularly with the Campus Pastor to pursue ongoing spiritual and professional growth opportunities

 COMPENSATION:

We take good care of our people. The anticipated salary for this role is $22,000 – $26,000.
