This position offices in-person, on campus  

ROLE SUMMARY

Faculty members at CRCA are charged with cultivating transformational servant leaders. CRCA Faculty live out a compelling relationship with Jesus Christ, which is central to daily instruction and interactions with students, parents and team members. CRCA Faculty are not only masters of the curriculum, but they see each student as a unique individual to be known and loved. Faculty members prepare students to be future-ready  and mentor students in all aspects of their spiritual, character, leadership and academic development.

 CRCA is a comprehensive Christian K-8 school whose core values honor a biblical foundation.   • Understand the curriculum of a wide range of courses

  • Collaborate with your division’s team to develop and deliver consistent assessments and sound instruction

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a discipline closely related to the subjects to be taught

  • Advanced Degree in a related area to the subject being taught is preferred

  • Solid biblical and theological foundation and understanding

  • Desire to teach and/or experience within Christian education

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The same basic physical demands described here are the same for all employees to successfully perform the essential functions of their jobs. Employees must periodically lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and could occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral/depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. WORK ENVIRONMENT 

The work environment characteristics are varied and include classroom, office, and outdoor events while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is also varied
