Job Board

POSITION SUMMARY: This is an opportunity for being trained and gaining experience in 1) ministry to children and youth; 2) occasional worship leadership; and 3) engaging and learning with mentor pastors in a healthy evangelical church context.  Minimum: 8-10 hours per week (more hours negotiable)

QUALIFICATIONS: 1) Love for Jesus Christ; 2) love for children and youth, 3) some proficiency in (or willingness to learn) teaching the Bible and ministry to young people.

MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES: ministry to children on Sunday mornings (approx. 2 hrs), ministry to youth on Sunday evenings (approx. 2.5 hrs), possible Bible class for children once every two weeks, mid-week (Wed/Thurs – approx. 2 hrs), meet with a mentor pastor weekly or bi-weekly (1 hr), weekly preparation (2-3 hrs.).
